We conducted Surface Tension experiment for Senior KG kids. In a bowl of water, pepper powder was sprinkled. The kids dipped their dry finger in it. The pepper powder stuck to their finger and there was no change in the water surface . Then they were asked to dip their finger in soap and again put it in the bowl . Now they noticed how the pepper quickly moved away from their finger. This was the “ Surface Tension” experiment conveying to the kids the importance of washing hands to make the germs run away.
